
Basic Information
Liu Shuangyang, male, born in August 1993 in Nanyang, Henan Province, is an associate professor and master's supervisor at the School of Criminal Justice, China University of Political Science and Law. He also serves as a researcher at the Criminal Defense Innovation and Development Research Center and a special researcher at the Key Laboratory of Evidence Science of the Ministry of Education. Selected as a key teacher in the research of "Youth Thought Dynamics" by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, a TOP100 author with academic influence in China's intelligent rule of law, and a highly influential and cited scholar (TOP1%) by China National Knowledge Infrastructure. Hosted 4 national and provincial-level scientific research projects, including the National Social Science Fund, the Supreme People's Procuratorate Prosecution Theory Research Project, and the China Law Society Ministerial Law Research Project. Participated as a core member in over 10 national and provincial-level scientific research projects. I have published over 20 academic papers in CSSCI journals such as Law, Politics and Law, Legal Business Research, Contemporary Law, Law Forum, Chinese Journal of Criminal Law, Journal of East China University of Political Science and Law, and Oriental Law. Many of these papers have been reprinted and excerpted by Xinhua Digest and People's Congress Copy Newspaper Materials. Authored "Model Selection and System Construction of Criminal Law Regulation for Data Crimes", participated in the compilation of textbooks and works such as "Criminal Law (Part 1/Part 2)", "Research on the Rule of Law in Cyberbullying Governance", and "Essentials of Core Knowledge Points in Criminal Law". The legislative suggestions and internal reference reports that I participated in were approved by the main leaders of the Supreme People's Congress and the Supreme People's Procuratorate, adopted by the CPPCC National Committee, and forwarded to the Legislative Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress.
