Basic Information

Xu Yongwei (born in 1992), male, from Weifang, Shandong, is a lecturer and master’s supervisor at the School of Criminal Justice, China University of Political Science and Law.

Educational and Work Background: He holds a doctorate in criminal law from the Institute of Criminal Law Science at Beijing Normal University and has completed a post-doctorate in teaching staff at China University of Political Science and Law.

Main Research Areas: Chinese criminal law, Digital law, Criminal execution law.
