
Basic Information
LIU Yifan, originally from Hubei Province, is an associate professor and master's supervisor at the School of Criminal Justice, China University of Political Science and Law. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from Peking University and completed postdoctoral research at China University of Political Science and Law. Her primary research areas include Criminal Procedure Law, Evidence Law, and Legal Professional Ethics. She has independently published over ten papers in core journals such as Tribune of Political Science and Law, Journal of Comparative Law, Contemporary Law Review, and Criminal Science. Her monograph Defense Lawyer’s Duty of Loyalty was published by China Social Sciences Press. She has led multiple research projects, including the National Social Science Fund Project and the Ministry of Justice’s Youth Research Project. Awards include the Peking University Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award, First Prize in the Beijing College Teaching Innovation Competition (New Liberal Arts Group),and First Prize in the National College Teaching Innovation Competition (New Liberal Arts Group).
