Prof. Yin Bo, Male, born in 1983, from Huai’yin, Jiangsu Province, the Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the School of Criminal Justice in the China University of Political Science and Law.

He got the Doctor Degree in Law from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland (under the supervision of Prof. Peter Duff and Prof. Mátyás Bódig) and was a Visiting Scholar at the Max Planck Institute of Foreign and International Criminal Law in Germany.

economic crime, cyber crime, duty crime, organized crime, terrorist crime, criminal procedure and evidence, criminal execution, criminal defense, criminal compliance, business model compliance, identification and disposal of assents involved in criminal cases, pyramid scheme regulation, MLM supervision, handling of interlocked cases, justice performance evaluation, legal ethics, legal practice and education, and research integrity, ethics and Academic norms.
