Male, Born in April 1983 in Xinxiang, Henan Province; Associate Professor, Master Supervisor, Director of Institute of Cyber Law, School of Criminal Justice, China University of Political Science and Law.

I. Basic information

Doctor of Law (2012, China University of Political Science and Law); From July 2012 to May 2019, he served as Lecturer and Associate Professor at Law School of People’s Public Security University of China; Deputy Secretary General of Collaborative Innovation Center of Cyberspace Security and Rule of law; Researcher of the first batch of "International Governance Research Base of Cyberspace" of China Cyberspace Administration and Ministry of Education; Legal expert of National Railway Administration Expert Database; Visiting Scholar at Taiwan Soochow University; In 2017 he was selected as one of Beijing "One Hundred Legal Talents." In 2018, he won the 16th award of Young Teachers of Colleges and Universities supported by Huo Yingdong Foundation of Education Ministry.

II. Overview of Academic Achievements

He has presided 1 project of National Social Science Fund, 1 project of National Natural Science Fund, 6 projects commisioned by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, China Law Society and Beijing Social Science Federation. Besides, he also participated in more than 10 key research projects of national social science fund at national, provincial and ministerial level. He has published more than 50 papers, among which more than 10 have been published in such journals as Tribune of Political Science and Law, Legal Forum, Law Science, Journal of Comparative Law, Social Sciences in ChinaEnglish version, Chinese Journal of LawEnglish version. Many of the papers were reprinted by Xinhua Abstracts (online edition), China Social Science Digest, and Criminal Law concluded in the Copy and Information Center of Renmin University of China. He has published 2 monographs and more than 10 co-authored books. In addition, he published more than 20 academic essays in newspapers.
