Yu Chong, currently as professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Criminal Justice of China University of Political Science and Law, is a Qian Duansheng Young Scholar and a doctor of law and a postdoctoral fellow in political science. He is also a member of the Punishment Committee of the Anti-Doping Agency of the General Administration of Sports of China, an invited researcher of the Cybercrime Research Center of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, an online commentator of "Seeking Truth", and a member of the Federation of Changping District of Beijing.

Research areas: Chinese criminal law, cybercrime, civil-criminal interface, anti-doping, etc.

Lecture courses: general criminal law, criminal law sub-discussions, case criminal law, criminal law symposium, etc.

Major experience: Yu Chong has visited and exchanged at the University of Bonn, Germany, and been invited to visit Nagoya University, Japan approved by the National Research Foundation of China. He was selected as a young talent of the Chinese Association of Criminal Law, Beijing's Top 100 Legal Talents, Beijing Double Hundred Action Plan, All-China Women's Federation Expert Pool China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Special Grant Program, and interviewed by Xinhua News Agency, CCTV5, CCTV12 and other media more than 40 times. He has received more than 30 scientific research and teaching honors, including the first prize of the China Law Youth Forum of China Law Society, the second prize of China's Outstanding Dissertation Award in Criminal Law, and the backbone of young teachers in Beijing universities. Instructed 14 national undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship projects, Beijing undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship projects. Instructed 2 student to be awarded the "Academic Newcomer" and "Academic Ten Star" excellent thesis of China University of Political Science and Law. He has successively presided over the drafting of draft judicial interpretation projects such as the "Interpretation of Several Issues Concerning the Application for the Handling of Criminal Cases of Falsification of Drug and Medical Device Registration Application Materials", and the "Interpretation of Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws for the Trial of Criminal Cases of Smuggling, Illegal Operation, and Illegal Use of Stimulants". He has participated in the legislative drafting or demonstration of multiple crimes under the "Criminal Law Amendment (11)", and participated in the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the Ministry of Emergency Management The State Drug Administration, the General Administration of Sport, the Supreme People's Court, and other state organs have consulted and demonstrated relevant cases, as well as Beijing Municipal and District People's Procuratorates for over 30 times.

Scientific research projects: He has presided over 20 scientific research projects of the National Social Science Foundation, Beijing Social Science Foundation, Ministry of Justice, Supreme People's Procuratorate, Ministry of Civil Affairs, State Administration of Sports, State Administration of Pharmaceutical Supervision, Beijing Municipal Education Commission, Beijing Law Society, etc. He has participated in more than 10 projects at the provincial and ministerial level, including major commissioned projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China and major projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China. He has supervised 14 national innovation and entrepreneurship projects for college students, innovation and entrepreneurship projects for college students in Beijing, and innovation and practice projects for postgraduates and concluded them.

Scientific research achievements: He has independently published nearly 20 papers in CLSCI journals such as "Law Review", "Legal System and Social Development", "Political and Legal Forum", "Global Law Review", "Politics and Law", "Contemporary Law", "Chinese Journal of Criminal Law", "Jurisprudence", "Law Forum", etc. The research results have been downloaded more than 60,000 times on the Internet and cited nearly 1,400 times. His think-tank recommendations have been adopted 6 times. He has published nearly 10 monographs and textbooks, such as "System Construction of Cyber Criminal Law", "Dynamic Data and Dynamic Security", "Tutorial of Three-dimensional Criminal Law", etc.
