Basic Information
Yang Xufeng, associate professor and master's supervisor in the Criminal Justice School of China University of Political Science and Law, holds a doctorate in law from Tsinghua University and was a visiting scholar at Waseda University in Japan. His main research areas are criminal law doctrinal theory and comparative criminal law. He has published more than ten academic papers in legal journals such as “The Jurist” “Law Science” “Studies in Law and Business”. He has also authored one monograph and contributed to multiple edited volumes.
